Our friends Keizo and Naka are sushi chefs at Sushi Zanmai in Boulder, they have the insider’s view and assure it’s the best sushi in Colorado! It stays busy even on Superbowl Sunday–good to know there are people who would rather eat something delicious than watch TV!!
